VOLUNTEERS
Welcome to one of the best parts about participating in a summer swim league. Volunteering! Management and successful execution of every swim meet rests solely upon volunteers. Without the support of family members, meets would be impossible to run.
Every family is required to volunteer at each meet their swimmer attends. A volunteer deposit of $500 is collected at registration to help provide incentive and to ensure all swim families fully involve themselves in their child’s summer swim experience. The volunteer deposit is held until the end of the swim season when the volunteer coordinator reviews each family’s volunteer status. If the volunteer requirements stipulated for the season are not met, the volunteer deposit is not returned. We cannot stress enough – we want your help, not your money.
Please review the following list of requirements. In addition, read the position description for each job offered by clicking here.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS for the 2026 SEASON: (information subjected to change after registration)
- Families are REQUIRED to volunteer at least one shift every meet their swimmer attends.
- Families must accrue a minimum 24volunteer credits. (confirmation of required credits after registration is completed!)
