Swimming has been a cornerstone of my life since childhood. I began swimming lessons at age 2 with Fleet and proudly joined the Mako Sharks when I was 5 years old.

As I grew older, I became part of the Cypress Woods High School swim team in 2023, where I now serve as a senior swimmer. To complement my swimming career, I joined the Varsity Cy-Woods water polo team as a junior and continued through my senior year for additional aquatic experience. I'm honored to have been selected as one of just 25 students at Cypress Woods to receive the Academic All-State Award—a rewarding conclusion to my senior water polo season.

Academically, I've maintained Distinguished Honor Roll status throughout most of my high school career while challenging myself with Honors and Advanced Placement/Dual Credit coursework. My involvement extends to several honor societies, including the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and the Spanish National Honor Society. I currently maintain a 3.9 GPA and am working toward achieving a 4.0 by graduation.

Looking ahead, I plan to attend Texas A&M University to major in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience, pursuing my goal of becoming a pediatric speech therapist.

I'm eager to begin our season and meet all our swimmers. Let's start strong with an emphasis on both achievement and enjoyment!

Hello everyone! I am looking forward to returning for another season as an Assistant Coach with the Makos Swim Team.

Since 2013, I have been a dedicated competitive swimmer, representing teams such as the Norchester Dolphins, Northpointe Shockwaves, and Fleet.

In addition to swimming, I have played club water polo for both the CyFair Water Polo Club Sharks and the North Houston Water Polo Club Storm.

I joined the Cy-Creek Aquatics program in both swimming and water polo during my freshman year.

I have also been a member of two Junior Olympic teams for Water Polo Club.

My senior year of High School, I served as the captain of the Cy-Creek water polo team, leading them to a remarkable three consecutive district championships. I earned the title of 1st Team All-District for the 2023 and 2024 seasons, scoring over 100 goals in both seasons as the starting set player.

In 2024, I received the prestigious Academic All-American honor from USA Water Polo.

Additionally, I am an Eagle Scout and am completing my freshman year at Texas A&M-College Station, where I am studying Pre-Med.

My Goals for the 2026 Season:

-Help each swimmer develop proper technique across all four competitive strokes

-Build swimmers' confidence through positive reinforcement and celebrating improvements

-Create a fun, supportive environment where swimmers of all abilities can thrive

-Work closely with head coaches to ensure consistent training approaches

-Foster team spirit and sportsmanship among our Makos swimmers

-Share my passion for aquatic sports while inspiring the next generation of swimmers

I can't wait to see everyone at the pool and help make this our best season yet!

Hi Makos! My journey in competitive swimming began in 2010 when he joined various teams over the years. I started at the age of 4 with the Cypress Mill Mako Sharks before moving on to the Fleet swim team.

As a middle schooler, I kept up my passion for the sport and became a member of the VillaSport Swim Team.

In high school, I represented Cypress Woods High School in competitive swimming while also excelling academically with a 3.8 GPA and enrolling in over 10 Advanced Placement courses. I consistently made the Distinguished Honor Roll and was actively involved in several organizations, including the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta, among others.

Currently, I am in my second year of college, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Theology at the University of Notre Dame.

I am looking forward to coaching another season with the Makos!
