The Pentathlon Invitational is this weekend, on June 12th, and we can’t wait to see you all there! Please read this email thoroughly and take note of all reminders so we can have a great day on Sunday.

**If your swimmer wakes up sick and is unable to attend the meet, please send a message to Coach Emi Davenport in the Remind app**

LOCATION:

CY Springs High School

7909 Fry Rd, Cypress, TX 77433

CHECK IN:

Session 1 - 10 & Under: 7:10 AM with Adrienne Exum or Destiny Legare

Session 2 - 11 & Up: 12:05 PM with Adrienne Exum

WARM UP:

Session 1: 7:40 AM - Lane 3

Session 2: 12:35 PM - Lane 2

MEET START TIME :

Session 1: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (estimated)

Session 2: 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM (estimated)

VOLUNTEERS:

• CyMill is assigned a timing shift. We’ve split the shift into 4 smaller shifts (20-30 minutes estimated). Please arrive at the pool during the last few heats of the event preceding your assigned timing event. Do not leave until your Mako timing replacement arrives.
• Sign-up online as usual through the Mako website
• Lane 7

SET UP:

• Spectator bleacher indoor seating is for observation only.
• There is NO SETUP in the stands.
• Please NO flash photography at the start of a race.
• Team set up is indoors and air conditioned with easy access to ready bench area for swimmers.

READY BENCH:

• Swimmers must go to the Ready Bench.
• The ready bench will be large & busy, please ensure your swimmers arrive at the Ready Bench when their event is called, are paying attention to the volunteers & following directions on where to sit & walk
• Unlike dual meets there will not be anyone searching for swimmers who fail to show up to the ready bench.

CONCESSIONS:

• Concessions will be available.

MERCHANDISE:

• A custom Pentathlon Invitational Meet shirt will be on sale at the meet as well as swim apparel and swim gear. Small size shirts go fast, so if you plan to buy, do it early.

POOL POLICES:

• Only swimmers, coaches, officials, and ready bench volunteers are allowed in the ready bench area
• No family members allowed on deck; only coaches, officials, swimmers, and lane timers are allowed on the pool deck
• Masks are not required
• NO flash photography at the start of a race
