**If your swimmer wakes up sick and is unable to attend the meet, please send a message to Coach Emi Davenport in the Remind app so we can adjust our relay teams**

Pool Address: 6334 Cypresswood Drive, Spring TX 77379

Swimmers:

• Check-in: 7:30 AM
• Warm-up: 8:00 AM
• Team meeting: following warm-up
• Meet start time: 8:30 AM
• What to Bring: swimsuit, cap, goggles, towel, Makos t-shirt, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, snacks

Volunteers:

• Check-in volunteers: arrive at 7:15 AM
• Check-in: 7:30 AM at the Makos check-in table
• Officials Meeting: 8:00 AM
• Timer/Scribe/Ready Bench Meeting: 8:15 AM
• Meet start time: 8:35 AM
• 1st shift: Events 1-17, 2nd shift: Events 18-34 - thank you for arriving at your shift on time!

Tent Set-up:

• Mako set-up is on the EAST side of the pool
• It's nice to have a tent, tarp, folding chairs, coolers for food and drinks, and activities for the kids to do while waiting for events - games, markers, etc. If you don't have a tent, Mako families are willing to share
• Maps attached

Parking:

• The entry to the pool is on the right (North side of Cypresswood). Cars can pull in and drop off equipment
• Visitor Parking is across the street from the pool on Cypresswood at the dentist office or the grass lot via Conners Ace
• Security will be available in the morning to assist swimmers/families across the street
• We ask for the safety of both residents and swimmers that you park in designated areas only
• Do not park within 15 feet of fire hydrants, 20 feet of crosswalks or intersections, or within 30 feet of a stop sign - these are all standard Texas laws
• Do not park in front of mailboxes or driveways
• Please observe speed limits

Pool Policies:

• Only swimmers, coaches, officials, and ready bench volunteers are allowed in the ready bench area
• No family members allowed on deck
• The clubhouse interior is restricted to officials, team reps, computers, results runners and ribbon writers

Concessions:

• Grill, snacks and drinks - CC/Cash/Check
