Ponderosa Invitational is this weekend, June 26th-27th, and we can’t wait to see you all there! Please read this email thoroughly and take note of all reminders so we can have a great meet this weekend.

**If your swimmer wakes up sick and is unable to attend the meet, please send a message to Coach Jenny Snyder in the Remind app so we can adjust our relay teams**

LOCATION:

Cy Fair ISD Natatorium

12550 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77064

CHECK IN:

• With Coaches 30 min prior to warm - up.
• Speak with coaches on what time you need to be at the NAT.

WARM UP:

Saturday 26th

• Prelims: 7:25 - 7:50 AM Lane 8
• Finals: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Sunday 27th

• Prelims: 7:50-8:15 AM Lane 11
• Finals: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

MEET START TIME :

Saturday & Sunday

Prelims: 9:00 AM

Finals: 5:30 PM

SET UP:

• Spectator bleacher indoor seating is for observation only. There is NO SETUP in the stands.
• Team set up is outdoors, in the grass on the east side of the NAT (easiest access to viewing/ready bench from here). Some areas are shaded, some are not. It's nice to have a tent, tarp, folding chairs, coolers for food and drinks, sunscreen, bug spray and activities for the kids to do while waiting for events - games, markers, etc.
• No generators on the grass.
• No set up in the circle drive – way.
• Look for other Makos so we can set up together!

READY BENCH:

• Swimmers must go to the Ready Bench.

MERCHANDISE:

• A custom Ponderosa Invitational Meet shirt will be on sale at the meet as well as custom towels, as supplies last.

POOL POLICES:

• Only swimmers, coaches, officials, and ready bench volunteers are allowed in the ready bench area.
• No family members allowed on deck; only coaches, officials, swimmers, and lane timers are allowed on the pool deck.
• Masks are not required.
• NO flash photography at the start of a race.
