If you would like to attend the Sprint Sizzler (information for meet in pervious email and attatched to this email), follow the entry instructions below:

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to the Mako website and login: https://cymillmakosharks.swimtopia.com

2. Click on the Meets tab in the red bar at the top of the page.

3. A calendar of events will open. Scroll down until you see Sprint Sizzler and click on the green box declaring MEET ENTRY Open.

4.Your family's swim meet status will open with a list of your swimmers. Under your swimmers' names, click the black EDIT box.Relay only swimmers:If your swimmer is not qualified for individual events there may be a message that says not qualified for any events, click the EDIT box anyway and you can select attending and available for relays.

5. A drop-down menu appears to the right of your swimmer's name allowing you to declare that your swimmer will/will not be attending the meet. Select the correct response: 1. Attending this meet 2. Not attending this meet.

6. If your swimmer is attending Sprint Sizzler, a list of eligible events will open under his/her name. Check the boxes next to the events that he/she wants to swim. Each event is $7. If your swimmer is qualified in 2 or more events but not eligible in an event he/she wants to swim, please contact Coach Jenny and let her know that your swimmer wants to be entered into that event. Swimmers qualified (Qualifying times are attached to this email) in 2 or more events are able to swim all additional events provided they have a legal time at Time Trials or Dual Meet under the *bonus event rule. *Exceptions are 10&U must have qualifying time for 100 IM and 50 Free and 11-12 must have qualifying time for 100 IM and 100 Free.

7. If your swimmer is attending the meet, please RSVP his/her availability for relays. Select the correct response: 1. Available for all relays 2. Not available for any relays. **You do not pay for relay entries. The team pays for all relay entries.

8. Relay only swimmers are allowed at this meet. You must RSVP attending and select available for all relays if you would like to swim relays at this meet. Relay only swimmers do not have to have qualifying times to swim in relays.

9. Finally, make sure you click SAVE.

**RSVPs and payment are both due Saturday, May 30th by 4:00 p.m.**

Payment can be made by cash or check to a board member or coach, or via Venmo (@Makosharks). If paying by Venmo, please include swimmer name and the events for which you are RSVPing.
