Makos,

Our next invitational, Trinity Summer Classic, is quickly approaching.  It will be held on Saturday, June 22nd (10 & under) and Sunday, June 23rd (ages 11 & up) at the Conroe ISD Natorium.  

If you know your swimmer(s) already have qualifying times for Trinity AND you plan on attending, please go ahead and RSVP on the Makos website.  When you RSVP, the events will be displayed under your swimmer’s name for which they already qualify for.  You may choose all of the events that your swimmer qualifies for or just the events your swimmer wants to swim.  It’s up to you! 🙂

Each event for Trinity is $5.00 and the cost of relays will be covered by the team.  

🦈 If you know already that you and your swimmer(s) will NOT be participating in Trinity and/or Ponderosa, PLEASE go ahead and RSVP that you will NOT be attending.  This will help tremendously.

Divisionals will be this Saturday, and your swimmer has one more opportunity to earn a qualifying time for Trinity and/or Ponderosa!  

🦈🦈🦈 After Divisionals this Saturday, please look at your swimmers times to see if they have earned a qualifying time for an event!!! If they do, PLEASE go to the Makos website and add that New qualifying event.  🦈🦈🦈 (I will send a reminder email on Saturday evening communicating when our times for Divisionals are uploaded in our system and reminding you to check your swimmers times.🙂)

🦈🦈🦈🦈 WE HAVE A HARD DEADLINE of 12:00- NOON on SUNDAY, JUNE 16th for online RSVP’s for TRINITY. 🦈🦈🦈🦈

🦈🦈 DEADLINE for PAYMENT for Trinity is WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19th at 12:00-NOON!  If paying using the Venmo app, please include your swimmer(s) names  AND the individual events you wish them to swim.  Payments can also be made by cash or check.

🦈 3 Event Bonus Rule 🦈

Parents, this is where we really need your help! 🙂

If your swimmer has achieved a Trinity time (gold or silver) in at least 3 events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) as long as they have not reached the cut off time. (The one exception is 100 Free). We will need YOU to look at your swimmers times (after Divisionals) to see if you have a swimmer that this rule applies to.  If you do, you will need to contact Coach Jenn and let her know exactly which events you would like your swimmer to swim.  She is creating a google doc to collect this information and the DEADLINE to communicate this is SUNDAY, JUNE 16th at 12:00 - NOON!!!
