Copperfield Meet
May 24th
Our dual meet tomorrow is being hosted by the Copperfield Dolphins at their Autumn Laurel Pool, 7750 Autumn Laurel Trail, Houston, 77095. Here is the information you need to know for Saturday.
- Check in for swimmers is at 6:45 am
- Check in for volunteers doing swimmer check in is at 6:30--all other volunteers 6:45
- If your swimmer wakes up sick and is unable to make the meet please reply to the Remind that was sent by Tina Strautman regarding the Meet as soon as possible as absences affect cancellations.
- Please see attached parking and set up map and be aware of Copperfield residents' driveways, mailboxes, etc. Parking is only allowed on one side of the street on all surrounding streets.
- No Mako swimmers are allowed in playground area during the meet
- Don't forget towels, caps, goggles, Mako suit
- Remember to bring fluids to hydrate and bug spray, folding chairs, tarps and snacks are also good
- If you don't have a tent, Mako families are always willing to share
- Please help keep set up area clean
- Concessions (breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks) will be available with limited ChickFilA for breakfast/lunch and Journey Ice in the afternoon.
- Parents please be aware of the viewing areas--Mako swimmers can get DQd if parents are on deck.
- Have your swimmers talk to the coaches after their events.
