Makos,

Our first invitational swim meet for this season is quickly approaching.  The Tomball Splash Depot will be held on Sunday, May 19th.  This is an exciting meet that rewards the kids with some awesome medals and other fun rewards to get them excited about swim! 

If you are new to Makos, you may be asking What is an invitational meet?  An invitational meet is a swim meet that requires a qualifying time to participate.  Your swimmer may enter ALL individual events for which they qualify, but they don’t have to.  That’s the fun part, you can decide together which individual events they will swim as long as they have a qualifying time for that particular event.

Select Tomball Splash Depot and you will find on the last page the qualifying times for this invitational meet.  

Warmups will begin as early as 7:00 am and as late as 8:20.  We will keep you posted as soon as we get our specific warm up time.  The meet is divided into two sessions:

 AM session- 10 & under    PM session- 11 & over.

Deadline:  Monday, May 13th.  This is the deadline to RSVP and PAY.   There will be a board member present Monday the 13th to document your RSVP and collect your entry fees.  

Cost:  5.00 per individual event/ the team will cover the cost of relays.  Payment can be made with cash, check (payable to CMMS), or Venmo.  If using Venmo please include family last name, swimmer’s name, and the event(s) your swimmer will be participating.
