Hello, Mako families!

This email contains instructions on how to enter your swimmer for each meet. All dual meets are currently open. You can now RSVP for every dual meet in advance. If you know you are definitely not going to be at a meet, you can go ahead and declare that your swimmer will not be attending. You have until 9 p.m. the Tuesday before a meet to enter your RSVP, but we encourage you to RSVP for all meets ahead of time. If plans change, you can always return to the website and edit your entry declaration.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Go to the Mako website and login: https://cymillmakosharks.swimtopia.com

2. Click on the Meets tab in the red bar at the top of the page.

3. A calendar of events will open. All dual meets for this season are currently open for entry. You will see a green box declaring MEET ENTRY Open. Click on the green box next to the meet you are RSVPing for.

4.Your family's swim meet status will open with a list of your swimmers. Under your swimmers' names, click the black EDIT box.

5. A drop-down menu appears to the right of your swimmer's name allowing you to declare that your swimmer will/will not be attending the meet. Select the correct response: 1. Attending this meet 2. Not attending this meet.

6. If your swimmer is attending the meet, an additional prompt about RELAYS will appear under your swimmer. Select the correct response: 1. Available for all relays 2. Arriving late, not available for early relays 3. Leaving early, not available for late relays 4. Not available for any relays. **This step is extremely helpful to our team because it allows us to set the relay teams in advance. When swimmers are missing, our team is forced to scramble to find replacement swimmers or to forfeit the relay.

7. Finally, make sure you click SAVE.
