Good morning Mako families! Our team is in need of a few people to use their talents to serve by leading some key volunteer positions for the season. Please review the position descriptions for each coordinator needed, and contact me if you're interested

1. Invitational Coordinator
   • publicize invitational meets during practices and dual meets
   • accept athlete registration and payment for invitational meets
   • assist head coach with meet entries
   • track athletes who qualify; display each athlete's stroke qualifications on shark boards; notify athletes/parents utilizing the file folder system in place for ribbons

1. Spirit Coordinator
   
   • plan and execute pep rallies with assistance from other volunteers
   • post fliers publicizing pep rally nights
   • accept family pre-orders for pizza from Locatelli's
   • assist in planning the end-of-year team party and the invitational brunch
2. Marketing/Fundraising Coordinator
   
   • spearhead spirit nights at local restaurants (Locatelli's, Willie's Icehouse, Chick-fil-A, MOD Pizza, Raising Canes, etc.)
   • organize and publicize auctions during practices and via email (reserved parking spaces and tent spaces, private lessons, babysitting, etc.)
   • assist head coach and board in creating a SignUpGenius for stock-the-pantry and stock-the-treasure-chest
